The purpose of this dataset is to securely store population-level data imported from Ontario Health health administrative data sources and used to better understand the patient throughout their end-of-life journey.

PHI is required for comprehensive analysis and reporting and to develop concepts on health system utilization, disease identification, significant health events, treatments, interventions, assessment survey results, co- morbidity scores and other important health information.
