Ontario Genetics Clinic Directory

Clinical genetics services are available at hospital sites across Ontario. This directory lists genetics clinic locations, services, and the population served.

This directory lists genetics clinics that provide any of the following services:

• Ontario Health funded genetic testing and counselling
• Specialized follow-up care for individuals with confirmed genetic conditions

Clinics may be excluded from the directory if they do not accept new referrals.

How to Use the Directory

To refine the list of clinics, first filter by Services Provided:

• For people who might have a genetic condition and need testing or diagnostic services, choose Genetic Testing & Counselling.
• For people who have a confirmed genetic condition and need specialized follow-up care, choose Ongoing Care.

You may also filter the results by location, self-referral, population served and diagnostic/testing areas of care.
