Transfer Orders

Issued by the Minister of Health, transfer orders enable the transfer of all or part of an organization (in this case the health agencies below including some or all of their employees).

Transfer orders have been issued for the following agencies.

Transfer orders have also been issued for non-home and community care vice presidents and directors of the 14 Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs).

Memorandum of Understanding
