Ontario Health has six regions that link us with our communities and provider partners. The teams in these regions help us make sure health system resources and supports go where they will best meet the diverse needs of people across the province.

  • improve population health outcomes
  • achieve better value
  • improve front-line provider experience

They do this through:

  • implementing health system changes
  • leading the health systems within each region
  • funding health care providers
  • monitoring health care performance
