Ontario Health is an institution under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1990 (FIPPA). We have policies, procedures and practices in place to ensure that our collection, use and disclosure of personal information follows FIPPA. We use the collected information for the purposes of displaying wait times results on our wait times web pages, and for related activities.
If you enter your postal code and/or city into the Ontario Breast Screening Program wait times web pages, we will dispose of that information after the identified purposes have been fulfilled (for example, after your search is completed). FIPPA requires us to let you know if information you provide may be disposed of less than one year after it was collected. By entering your information into the Ontario Breast Screening Program wait times web pages, you are consenting to your information being disposed of in this way.
