Annual Report, Financial Statements and Business Plans
Our commitment is to connect, coordinate and modernize our province’s health care system. We continue to work to make the system more efficient so everyone in Ontario has an opportunity for better health and wellbeing.
Our annual business plan sets out our overarching goals, priorities and key activities for the next three years. It is the blueprint that guides our work as we build for the future. Our annual report and financial statements provide insight into our activities and achievements.
Our work is guided by five long-term strategic priorities:
- Reduce health inequities
- Transform care with the person at the centre
- Enhance clinical care and service excellence
- Maximize system value by applying evidence
- Strengthen Ontario Health’s ability to lead
Annual review of these priorities and plans means we can deliver on our mandate while responding to evolving health care needs. Annual reports are submitted to the province within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year (March 31).
