Our mandate is to transform, connect, and coordinate the province’s health care system to help ensure people receive the best possible care when and where they need it.
To meet this mandate, we access data, including personal health information and personal information, from organizations and individuals throughout Ontario. We’re committed to respecting the privacy rights of individuals, safeguarding their information, and complying with Ontario’s privacy laws.
