Jumpstart Opportunities in Nursing in Long-Term Care (JOIN LTC)
Nurses provide essential care in Ontario’s long-term care homes and are integral to ensuring the health and well-being of residents.
To strengthen the capacity and sustainability of the nursing workforce in Ontario’s long-term care sector, financial incentives are available to registered nurses (RNs), registered practical nurses (RPNs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) pursuing a career in long-term care.
Through the Jumpstart Opportunities in Nursing in Long-Term Care (JOIN LTC) program, the following incentives are available for both full-time and part-time positions and include additional targeted incentives for rural and Northern communities.
