PET Scans Ontario E-Tool

PET Scans Ontario E-Tool is an information technology tool provided by the PET Scans Ontario Program. Physicians and PET centres can use this tool to electronically share necessary clinical information about a patient receiving a PET scan through the Pediatric PET Registry or the PET Access Program.

Steps to Access PET Scans Ontario E-Tool

Step 1: Register

Complete the registration form below to enroll your practice in the PET Scans Ontario E-Tool.

Step 2: Login

Once registered, log in to access and submit an online request for the Pediatric PET Registry or the PET Access Program.
